憧れ (akogare) is a zine centered around Okkotsu Yuuta and Zen’in Maki from Jujutsu Kaisen. There will be three sections, each featuring a different stage in their relationship and how it evolves. No matter the weather, no matter the distance and no matter the time, their love stays and grows.

All members of the Jujutsu Kaisen cast are welcome in the periphery, but Yuuta and Maki are the main focus of the zine.Will the zine be SFW or NSFW?

Yes, the zine will be for profit. A 20/80 split will be divided among the mods and contributors respectively.How many contributors will there be?
The main zine aims to have a total of 29-30 contributors—with 22 page artists, 3-4 merch artists, and 4 writers (excluding guests). All details are subject to change upon the results of the Interest Check.How will contributors be compensated?
All contributors will be guaranteed at minimum a free digital copy of the zine. Ideally we also hope to provide contributors with free copies of the zine and/or merch as well as an even split of any profit earned; however, this is entirely dependent on sales.

Application Guidelines

Applicants will be asked to submit samples that display their best work. All submitted works must be properly tagged and have appropriate content warnings. Each role has different requirements, so please be sure to go through them. All applications will be judged blind.You may also provide an additional portfolio to supplement your application. This may be sent through a Google Drive folder or a curated section of a website. Social media pages such as Twitter Moments, Instagram profiles, or Tumblr tags will be considered, given that there are no personal or unrelated publications mixed in with them.Applicants are allowed to apply for more than one role, but can only be accepted for one.Please make sure that all your links are accessible.
